How it works
Four steps from account to inbound calls. Nothing bills before every gate passes.
Each step is recorded in your dashboard. A campaign activates only after administrator approval, funding, and the routing checks, and each one is visible to you.
01
Create and verify your organization
Register your agency or call center, add company details, and invite team members with the role each person needs.
Owners and admins manage billing and access. Campaign managers configure campaigns. Finance users see the ledger. Read-only users see reporting.
Recorded as: Team roles and invitations
02
Configure a campaign
Select the products you want, the states you are licensed to receive, your operating hours and time zone, and the number that should ring.
Daily and total budgets are enforced before each call is connected.
Recorded as: Campaign configuration and budgets
03
Fund the account
Add funds by card through Stripe Checkout. Your balance increases only after Stripe confirms a paid session.
Campaigns draw from the available balance. Reserved budget is shown separately, so you always know what is free to spend.
Recorded as: Ledger entry per confirmed payment
04
Receive and track
Each inbound call is logged with its source, routing decision, buyer-connected time, and billing outcome. Form leads are logged with consent evidence and delivery status.
Your dispositions update the performance reports. Returns can be submitted with the record attached.
Recorded as: Call and lead record with its charge
Activation
A campaign goes live only when all four gates are met.
- 01
Administrator approval of the campaign
- 02
A minimum balance before activation
- 03
A routing test that has passed
- 04
A verified supplier campaign and an active tracking number
Approval does not activate a campaign by itself. Your dashboard lists which gates are open and why.
Start with one campaign.
Create the organization, then submit a campaign for review. Funding and activation follow the review.
