Effective Pending counsel review

This notice describes how Open Enrollment Health handles business contact data, consumer inquiry data, and call recordings.

This text is a draft pending legal review. It must be approved by counsel before production use.

1.Business contact data

We collect the names, work emails, and phone numbers of people who use the platform or request information about it, and use them to provide and support the service.

2.Consumer inquiry data

Inquiries include only the fields the buyer is authorized to receive, together with the consent record that accompanied the submission. Access is limited to buyers and to the operations needed to deliver and bill them.

3.Call recordings

Recordings are available only to users with recording permission in the buyer's organization. Access is logged.

4.Requests and retention

Retention periods and the process for access and deletion requests are set out in the signed agreement and will be published here after counsel review.
