Terms of service
Effective Pending counsel review
These terms govern use of the OEH platform. Commercial terms for each buyer are set in a signed agreement, and the agreement takes precedence where the two differ.
1.Use of the platform
Access is limited to the organization and users it is issued to. Users must keep their credentials confidential and must not share sign-in access.
2.Campaigns and activation
A campaign is reviewed and must be approved before it can activate. Activation also requires the funding minimum and the routing checks in the platform.
3.Charges and funding
Charges are recorded against calls and leads, at the price version in force when the activity occurred. Funds are drawn from the prepaid balance.
The balance is prepaid credit in US dollars for use on the platform. It is not a deposit account, does not earn interest and cannot be transferred to another organization.
Card payments are processed by Square. Funds are added when Square confirms the payment. OEH stores only the card brand, last four digits and expiry; full card details are held by Square.
A saved card is charged only when an authorized user adds funds, or under Auto Refill when the organization has authorized it with a threshold, refill amount and monthly cap. Auto Refill can be turned off and the card removed at any time.
4.Refunds and chargebacks
Unused prepaid balance can be refunded on written request to the original payment method. Amounts already charged for delivered calls and leads are not refundable except through the returns process.
If a payment is reversed or charged back, the reversed amount is removed from the balance. Spending is suspended while the balance is below zero.
5.Returns and disputes
A return must be submitted with the record attached. A credit cannot exceed the amount charged for the item, and each return is decided once.
