Live transfers
Calls routed to your team, billed on the time your team is connected.
Inbound calls route through the OEH Twilio bridge to your receiving number, after availability and budget checks. Inbound call length is not used for billing.
Call path
Every call follows the same five steps, and each is recorded.
Step 1
Inbound call
A consumer calls the campaign's tracking number.
Step 2
Checks before connection
Campaign status, operating hours, remaining budget, and team capacity are checked.
Step 3
Routed to your number
The call connects to your receiving number. If no destination is available, the routing policy in your agreement applies.
Step 4
Buyer-connected time measured
Time is counted on the buyer leg, from the moment your team is connected.
Step 5
Billable determination
The call is billable when buyer-connected time meets the minimum in your agreement.
Billed
Buyer-connected time
The minimum connected duration comes from your agreement and is versioned. Changes apply to future calls only.
Not billed
Total inbound call length
Time the caller spends before your team connects, and time after the call ends, does not count toward a billable call.
